Purchaser agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale for the above described cat:

1. Under no circumstances will this kitten or cat be sold, leased or given away to any pet shop, research facility, laboratory, humane society or similar facility. If for any reason, the buyer cannot keep this cat or kitten, seller must be given the first opportunity to purchase it back. If seller is unable to take the kitten or cat back, seller will assist buyer in finding a suitable home for the kitten or cat. This kitten or cat may not be sold or given to another party without the knowledge and consent of the seller and the new owner must also agree to the terms and conditions of this contract.

2. Purchaser agrees that this kitten or cat will be kept indoors and will not be allowed to roam outdoors where it may come in contact with infectious diseases and other dangers.

3. This animal is being purchased as a pet. Purchaser agrees to have this cat spayed or neutered before the age of 7 months for a kitten or an adult within 30 days of purchase if alteration has not been performed prior to the kitten or cat leaving seller’s home. Buyer agrees that this kitten or cat will not be used for breeding. This kitten or cat will need to be spayed or neutered before _________________________

4. No registration papers, registration numbers or pedigrees will be furnished until proof of spay or neuter has been received by seller. Failure to have this kitten or cat altered in the timeframe described will result in a $1000 penalty due to the seller within 1 month of the breech of contract. Purchaser agrees that not altering the kitten or cat by the date listed above implies intent to breed this kitten or cat and they will then pay seller for breeding rights to this kitten or cat. Registration numbers and pedigrees will be provided upon payment. Buyer will then also be required to agree to and sign seller’s breeding contract.

5. If this kitten or cat is found to be neglected or mistreated, purchaser agrees to surrender this kitten or cat to seller unconditionally.

6. Purchaser agrees that this kitten or cat will not be declawed. Declawing of this animal will render all temperament and health guarantees null and void.

7. This kitten or cat cannot be shown without written permission from the seller.

8. Purchaser understands that there are no monetary refunds.

9. Purchaser agrees to allow seller to have access to all veterinary records on this kitten or cat and all other cats housed with this kitten or cat.

10. Purchaser agrees to notify seller immediately if at any time this kitten or cat develops any behavioral problems or serious medical conditions.

11. This kitten or cat is guaranteed to be of stable temperament at the time of transfer from seller to buyer. Seller is not responsible for mishandling after this kitten or cat has been transferred to the buyer. Seller will also not be held responsible for behavioral problems that may develop from declawing or not altering this kitten or cat in a timely manner.

12. Seller agrees to offer guidance and assistance to the purchaser for the life of this kitten or cat.

13. Buyer is aware that all costs incurred by adopting this kitten or cat are the sole responsibility of the buyer. This can include but is not limited to veterinary bills, food costs, toys and shipping costs if necessary.

14. Buyer agrees that this kitten or cat will receive all necessary veterinary care, vaccinations, adequate food, water and grooming as well as human attention and interaction. Buyer also agrees that this kitten or cat will not be confined to a cage for extended periods of time.

15. Buyer agrees that any photographs taken of their kitten may be used to promote Leopard Fuzz Bengals, used on the website, in print or any other media.

16. This contract is legally binding to both parties. Any changes to the above listed terms and conditions must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties. All disputes regarding this contract are to be litigated in Racine County, State of Wisconsin, based upon the laws effective in seller’s home jurisdiction. Buyer is responsible for all court and attorney fees resulting from such litigation.
