Leopard Fuzz Bengals Health Guarantee

The kitten/cat is guaranteed to be of sound health upon arrival to buyer. Kitten/cat is guaranteed for a period of 7 calendar days from time of arrival if it is vet checked by buyer and kept in quarantine from other cats for this time period. If the kitten/cat is found to be medically deficient with an untreatable or life-threatening problem, it must be reported to the seller immediately. Upon kitten/cat’s return to seller, with appropriate documentation from buyer’s licensed veterinarian, buyer will be given another kitten/cat of equal value. If no replacement kitten/cat is available at that time, seller will furnish a satisfactory replacement at the earliest opportunity.

This kitten/cat may not be returned to seller if it has been exposed to another cat which has not been tested for FeLV, FIV and FIP. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide immediate veterinary care to any kitten/cat showing signs of illness or distress. Failure to do so will render any guarantee null and void. Under no circumstances is a kitten/cat to be destroyed prior to seller receiving notification from buyer. If a kitten/cat dies within the guarantee period (7 days), despite medical treatment, a replacement will only be offered if a licensed veterinarian certifies the cause of death. An autopsy may be required. Seller only guarantees the health of this kitten/cat. Any injury or death as a result of accident or environment at buyer’s home is not covered in this guarantee. All veterinary bills are the responsibility of the buyer.

Kitten/cat will be up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and will be vet checked before arrival. We do not administer or support the use of FeLV, FIV or FIP vaccines. Because of the negative effects these vaccines can have, if any of those 3 vaccines are EVER administered to the kitten/cat, this health guarantee will be rendered completely null and void.

This kitten/cat is guaranteed against congenital defects for a period of 1 year. Should the kitten/cat die within that time as a direct result of a congenital defect, the kitten/cat will only be replaced if an appropriate autopsy is performed by a licensed veterinarian and vet’s certificate is provided to seller as proof of the cause of death. A replacement kitten/cat of equal quality will be given as available and at the discretion of the breeder. All shipping expenses incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

This guarantee is legally binding to both parties involved. It applies only to the buyer and the seller in this transaction and is non-transferable.
